***I will have copies of SKUL available if you would like an autographed copy.  It seems pretty damned pretentious to me, but I've been told I need to do this, so here it is.  Please note, I will NOT have the first run of copies in hand until December 15, 2014, at the earliest.  Due to logistics, overhead, and my pretty hand-writing, the cost of the book via this method is $20.00 + $5.00 S/H. for a total of $25.00.  Below is the Paypal button which will allow you to buy signed copies with either your Paypal account or your credit/debit card.  Please also send me a note when you purchase the book letting me know who you would like the book made out to and if there is any specific inscription you would like.  Due to fact I still keep a day job, I will only be able to send out the books each Monday (with a few exceptions of random day offs here and there.)  For example, if you order on Tuesday, the book will not ship - in MOST cases - until the following Monday.  I apologize in advance for the delay, but this is one of those times where it simply is what it is.  Of note, the books will be sent out in a USPS envelope via media mail.  THANK YOU in advance for your purchase.***
